2 5 gr French mustard diaduk rata
3 5 gr Salt dan pepper halus
4 3 gr Mixed herbs tambahan
5 5 cc Salad oil diaduk rata
6 75 gr Vegetable of the day tambahan
7 100 gr Potato of the day tambahan
8 100 cc Sauce pilihan tambahan

































































Method Of Cooking :
1 Aust. Sirloin diempukan terlebih dahulu dengan meat hammer.
2 Kemudian di marinade dengan french mustard, salt dan pepper, mixed herbs, salad oil

sampai merata.
3 Dihidangkan dengan vegetable, potato dan sauce pilihan.
