1 1 kg Minced Meat
2 100 gr Bawang putih / garlic dichops
3 160 gr Bawang bombay dichops
4 100 gr Demi glace powder halus
5 1 btl Tomato paste
6 160 gr Tomat / fresh tomato dikeluarkan bijinya, lalu dichops
7 15 gr Thyme
8 15 gr Oregano
9 10 gr Garam halus
10 10 gr Merica halus
11 4 lbr Daun salam / bay leaf
12 0,5 btl Chilli powder
13 1 tin Chilli beans








































Method Of Cooking :
1 Minced meat diberi bumbu oregano, bayleaf, chilli powder, thyme.
2 Lalu tumislah bawang putih, bawang bombay sampai keluar aromanya.
3 Campurkan daging, lalu panaskan dengan api panas 250 cc sampai matang.
4 Lalu siap dihidangkan.
